Operations Director

Duduzile Ruwuya is a professional quantity surveyor with experience in commercial, residential, and public infrastructure buildings. She has extensive experience in pre- and post-development and contract procedures, including; cost planning, cost control, development feasibilities, procurement procedures, planning, tendering, tender evaluation, as well as providing recommendations and client advisory.

She began her professional career at LDM JHB Inc. as a candidate quantity surveyor in 2009 and registered as a professional quantity surveyor in 2012 whilst still with LDM. In 2013, she joined Pro-Serve Consulting (Pty) Ltd as a senior quantity surveyor where she has been involved in various private and public building projects. She has had the opportunity to work on projects with the Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA), Development Bank of South Africa (DBSA), and the Johannesburg Social Housing Company (JOSHCO), to name a few clients. These projects included the construction of new schools, clinics, and residential units both in the private and social housing sector.
